BookraftAI is an AI-powered SaaS platform for generating, customizing, and exporting books and digital products — specifically journals, planners, and KDP-ready publications. AI generation is powered by LLM providers routed through OpenRouter.
3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
- You may not share your account credentials with others
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use BookraftAI to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse our APIs beyond their intended use
- Use automated scripts to generate content at a rate that circumvents credit limits
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data
- Resell or redistribute the platform without permission
5. Credits and Purchases
BookraftAI uses a credit-based model. You purchase generation credits from the Shop; credits are consumed when you generate books, journals, or planners. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. Unused credits do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
6. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by BookraftAI is produced by third-party AI models and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the appropriateness of any content before publishing or distributing it. BookraftAI makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, legality, or fitness of AI-generated outputs.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the briefs and other content you provide to BookraftAI. You also own the AI-generated outputs produced from your inputs, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. BookraftAI retains all rights to the platform, its code, and its technology.
8. Limitation of Liability
BookraftAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, including losses arising from AI-generated content or third-party service outages.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your access to generated content will cease.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms of Service on this page and updating the date above.
